Walking repositories of moving deeds and tales, our Samaritans reach out to the needy through their altruistic endeavours. Read about their stories and how their efforts have made a difference to our beneficiaries.
Mdm Sim Puay Noi

Beckoning like a warm invitation, our clients’ laughter is music to Mdm Sim Puay Noi’s ears. Seeing their guileless faces light up with ecstasy and their doleful eyes sparkling with hope over little treats and simple victories like mastering a particular task or game has inspired her to teach them how to play the carom. Her efforts have helped clients like Mr Selvam s/o Karthigayan improve their eye-hand coordination and gross motor skills by striking the discs with precision.

Mr Simon Low

Food sustains our physical bodies just as love nourishes our souls. Being intellectually challenged, our clients’ ability to fend for their needs are substantially reduced but this does not negate their ability to experience care and concern. Through the free meals that he provides, Mr Simon Low has clients like Mr Ahamed Anas relishing the warmth of his care in every detectable morsel.

Ms Loretta Santa Maria

A caregiver, a teacher and an unstinting donor, Ms Loretta Santa Maria slips into these roles effortlessly with her unbridled passion for giving. A valued partner in our delivery of seamless care to her mother, she brings comfort to other needy patients like the late Mr Ng Yew Huat by donating useful equipment like commodes and extending help to some of their children through tutoring.
