Playing a pivotal role in realising our mission are nine welfare centres and a social enterprise that are located islandwide. Currently serving over 900 beneficiaries, the centres are segregated into the following areas:

  a residential home and day care centre for the intellectually disabled  
     
Medical Care:
Metta Day Rehabilitation Centre for the Elderly more
  a day rehabilitation centre for elderly and stroke patients  
Metta Hospice Care
  home hospice care for the terminally ill

Special Education:
Metta PreSchool
 
a preschool that offers early intervention programmes for young children aged 2 to 6 with special needs
Metta School
 
a special education school for children with mild intellectual disability and/or autism aged between 7 and 18
   
Social Enterprise:
 
a social enterprise that creates employment opportunities for young adults aged between 19 and 21 from special education schools
