ADMISSION
Admission is open to individuals of any age, racial or religious background who:
- Are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have had stroke or suffer from mild physical disability
- Are semi-ambulant or wheelchair-bound
- Have a doctor's referral (walk-in cases may be considered)
- Are assessed by our staff nurse in charge, physiotherapist or occupational therapist
