Be a Volunteer

Be it through offering your time, effort or expertise, you are giving something back to the community when you volunteer. Other than creating a meaningful and positive impact, volunteering allows you to:

  • Gain work and life experiences
  • Develop further skills and talents
  • Seek opportunities and appreciate challenges
  • Make a difference in other people’s lives
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Widen your social circle
  • Explore career and personal interests

So, why not lend a helping hand today?

The Metta Volunteer Management Department was formed in May 2005 to promote volunteerism, recruit volunteers and assign them to the voluntary services and tasks that match their preferences and interests. For more details on the volunteering opportunities listed below, please contact us at 6580 4657 or volunteers@metta.org.sg.
