Requirements and Duties:

  • To maintain cleanliness of the building & premises
  • To assist & handle simple maintenance works
SERVICE QUALITY EXECUTIVE @ HQ
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordination, development and implementation of standard procedures to meet SQC and ISO standards
  • Liaise closely with staff from various departments / centres on the implementation of service quality programmes
  • Monitor and ensure that SOPs are conformed and well executed
  • Assist in coordination and development of WITs programmes
  • Assist in the progress report on service quality activities
  • To manage and analyse the annual customer satisfaction surveys
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as and when assigned by the Head of Department.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with relevant working experience

 Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Finance
  • Min 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the charity sector
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous and has a good eye for details
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be given priority

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Accountant
  • Takes charge of payment & month-end closing
  • Assists in special audits for grants, events & donation boxes
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Requirements and Duties:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in vegetarian food

Requirements and Duties:

OPERATIONS / IT MANAGER
As an Operations/IT Manager, you will be involved in the areas of estate management,
safety and security, and logistical support. Your key responsibilities include:Duties:

  • Overseeing the estate management of the school and liaising with contractors
    on estate maintenance work, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
  • Overseeing the IT support of the school
  • Reviewing and maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property,
    including the establishment of security and safety procedures and the conduct of
    emergency exercises i.e. Fire Drills
  • Providing logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions such as
    the Speech Day, Sports Day and Meet-the-Parents Sessions
  • Supervising a team of school attendants and providing on-the-job training to them
    for effective school operations

Job Requirements:

  • A local polytechnic Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

Requirements and Duties:

  • Plans Individual/Group Education Plans, Schemes of Work and Weekly Lesson Plans
    for each semester/week.
  • Teaches academic and non-academic subjects to pupils aged between seven and
    eighteen by applying the school curriculum in daily lessons in classroom or special
    room settings.
  • Monitors pupils’ progress, achievements and participation in school activities through
    appropriate documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Implements interventional strategies with/alongside Paramedical Professionals to
    assist pupils with specific learning difficulties with speech, gross or fine motor skills,
    social interaction skills or psychological-related issues.
  • Maintains good order and discipline by managing pupils’ behaviour in the classroom
    or other educational settings as well as during assemblies.
  • Prepares and uses a varied choice of appropriate teaching and instructional aids and

  • Guides and equips pupils with the pre-requisite skills needed for future employment
    opportunities.
  • Collaborates with parents through various means such as telephone calls, emails,

  • Assists Teachers in classroom teaching, supervising pupils and manages their
    behaviour during the absence of the Class Teacher in classroom or other

  • Assists Teachers in preparing classroom teaching aids/equipment and
    materials such as stationery supplies, photocopying and laminating.
  • Co-operates with Teachers in maintaining a clean, neat and tidy classroom and
    helps implement school programmes or activities under the direction of the Teachers.
  • Assists and coaches pupils entrusted in their care during classroom instruction,
    recess, Social Competence Outings and School Events in academic and
    non-academic subjects such as independent living skills and performing arts’ activities.
