Admission is open to individuals of any age, racial or religious background who:

• Are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have had stroke or suffer from mild physical disability
• Are semi-ambulant or wheelchair-bound
• Have a doctor’s referral (walk-in cases may be considered)
• Are assessed by our staff nurse in charge, physiotherapist or occupational therapist

#Transportation is available for clients who lives within 5 kilometres of our centre. Subject to availability.
