The Children Care Committee overseas Metta PreSchool@Punggol, which provides Early Intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EIPIC) with global development delay (GDD) with/without autism.

The Integrated Care Committee overseas the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of care services that support individuals with complex and evolving needs. This committee integrates the functions of the former Disability Care and Medical Care Committees to enable more holistic and person-centred care strategies.

The Community Partnership Committee is responsible for driving inclusive engagement and fostering strategic partnerships that advance Metta’s mission and community impact. This committee integrates the functions of the former Youth Employment Support Committee to streamline outreach efforts and enhance stakeholder collaboration.

The Nominating Committee oversees the formal and transparent process in the appointment and reappointment of Management Committee and sub-committee members.

The Finance & Investment Committee overseas Metta’s financial and investment management policies. The Committee shall exercise its duties with due care, skill,and diligence to ensure sound financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.

The Audit Committee oversees both the external and internal audit of Metta. It also assists the Management Committee in analysing and addressing risks associated with the key processes and reports to the Management Committee on any financial irregularities, concerns or opportunities for improvement.

The Human Resource Committee oversees the preparation of manpower budget and reviews HR strategies and policies that directly affect Metta’s ability to recruit, develop and retain the staff needed for it to achieve its mission and to make recommendations to the Management Committee.

The Information Technology Committee oversees all IT-related projects undertaken by Metta and its IT strategic plans.

The Tenders & Contracts Committee oversees the tender evaluation and selection process of Metta.
