This Chartered Programme, led by founder Simon Zhao, who brings 8 years of experience as a Tastemaker, offers customers the unique opportunity to select from four base spirits — Sugarcane, Coconut, Honey, and Rice — and craft their own personalized barrel of spirits. Unlike other barrel-aging services globally, where customers choose from pre-made spirits, this level of customization is unparalleled. After a 3-month aging process, the spirits are presented either in an engraved 4L barrel or in 12 personalized 500ml glass bottles.
