From our humble beginnings in 1995, caring for just 32 intellectually disabled clients in a small centre in Hougang, Metta Welfare Association has grown into a multi-service charity supporting over 1,400 clients across ten centres island-wide. Today, we continue our mission to provide inclusive care for the young, the elderly, and those with terminal illnesses, empowering lives with compassion, dignity, and hope.

This much-anticipated annual event not only promotes health and wellness but also plays a vital role in raising funds to sustain and expand our welfare programmes. Every step taken helps us reach more individuals in need and every contribution moves us closer to a more inclusive, compassionate society.

How to Raise Funds for Singapore Pools x Metta Charity Run 2025:

Visit giving.sg.
Register for an account.
Log in to your giving.sg account.
After logging in, click “Fundraise” in the website menu or visit this link.
For the first option “I am fundraising for”, enter “Metta Welfare Association” and select it.
Enter “Singapore Pools x Metta Charity Run 2025 (your name)” for “Campaign Name”.
Set your “Campaign Goal” amount.
Write an engaging description for your campaign.
Upload relevant images and click “Next”.
Choose “Social service and welfare” and click “Next”.
Select your campaign’s start and end dates, and click “Next”.
Choose “Local” and click “Submit for approval”.
