The Integrated Care Committee oversees the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of services for persons with complex and evolving needs. By bringing together the previous Disability Care and Medical Care committees, it promotes a more holistic and person-centred approach to care, strengthens service integration, and enhances support for ageing persons with disabilities. Through its oversight, the committee seeks to improve care outcomes, quality of life and continuity of care across every stage of life.
